What is that? Why, it’s the beautiful purr of the ever popular Audi. Regardless of whether it’s new or used, an Audi car is a firm favourite.
One would be hard pressed to think of anything that has been produced by the wunderkind that doesn’t set hearts racing. Even the rather stark utilitarian lines of the Audi Quattro retain a certain je ne sais quoi that transcends all lingual boundaries. With a huge range of models at attractive prices, a used Audi is the best choice for a car that combines effortless style with premium performance.
No longer are BMW at the forefront of the public’s conscious when it comes to luxury and opulence. For example the Audi A4 is a glorious little car that will make a splash wherever you are, be it cruising along the motorway or taking the dogs out for a walk by the lakes. The Avant model is ideally suited to the latter scenario, providing any hound with acres of space. For those that do not keep canine company, the Tardis-like proportions of all Avant models provide endless potential for any activity you can think of, from camping to house moves. In fact, pop a roof rack on there and it feels as if you have a close rival to a Ford Escort van, because there is little that an Avant armed with a roof rack can’t handle (except perhaps that queen size four poster bed that you’ve just bought for a song on eBay)
If you’re looking for a more executive aesthetic, the various saloons and hatchbacks available in Audi’s model classes are still enviably spacious, marrying roomy functionality with a comfortable driving experience that will see you reluctant to reach your destination. To combat this you could always set off early to enjoy the driving experience for just a little longer before you have to leave the embrace of your chosen Audi liebling, but try to keep it sensible. It might raise questions if you set off two hours in advance for a twenty minute journey.
Every Audi is a wonder car. If you want a car that can tackle every driving situation, don’t pass over an Audi. Audi have built their reputation on reliability and quality, a legacy that extends to exterior and interior design as well as what dwells beneath the bonnet. A well maintained Audi will provide years of service, so it’s no wonder that Audi aficionados rarely stray from their manufacturer of choice. If you have, for whatever reason, missed out on the joy of premium technology all this time, then you need to get your hands on an Audi to experience the true merits of sleek design and top-notch technology.
Overall, if you’re asking yourself whether a used Audi would be a sensible venture, the answer is a resounding “Ja!”.
