As we already know the government are always looking for ways to clean up pollution that is caused throughout the globe and within the last few years they have started clamping down on vehicles. We all know that cars are one of the worst polluting machines of all, and this is specifically why we the government have introduced a vehicle scrappage scheme. This is too get the old technology off of the road and replace it with the new.

But America have gone a step further and banned any vehicles from the streets of Times Square, the move is set to last a whole year as authorities look to cut pollution and make big cities a much nicer place to live. I also really feel that another benefit that can come out from all of this is that a huge majority of people will start to become a lot healthier. The planet is currently suffering with weight problems and this is simply because no one gets any exercise anymore. But with effectively eliminating the use of cars folk will begin walking a lot more and not breathing in unhealthy car fumes.

So should cars be really banned from busy city centres? As we already know there is a big amount of positive aspects, but there are also a huge amount of negative such as shops not being able to get deliveries on time? And could cab drivers lose a lot of customers simply by not being able to pick them up?

Whichever way you take a glance at this scenario there is likely to be a lot of good and bad aspects equally in their own rights.

Do you want to buy new cars, Buy a Honda or Buy a Renault
